Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a cleaning service with Kelowna Student Cleaners ("KSC", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit a booking.
2. Account & Consent
When you submit a booking, you consent to KSC creating a user account using the email address you provide. This account allows us to send you booking confirmations, updates, and service-related communications. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A submitted booking request is not a confirmed appointment until KSC contacts you to confirm the date and time. We aim to confirm within 1 hour during business hours.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is calculated based on the property details and add-ons you select at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed by KSC before the appointment. Payment terms will be arranged upon confirmation.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at KSC's discretion.
6. Liability
KSC takes reasonable care during all cleanings. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, valuables left in plain sight, or issues arising from inaccurate booking information. Please report any concerns within 48 hours of service.
